Designing a sensor tower for ground based vehicles.

Problem Statement
Sensor Tower consists of power brick(24VDC output), Power Distribution PCB, Lidar sensor and module, GPS Module, Computer, Cameras. The idea was to integrated all these components into a single compact stack so that the sensor tower can be assembled by a non-technical person for in field testing. Considering some basic principles of DFA and DFM I designed and manufactured the structure of sensor tower along with few electronics components such as the power distribution board.
