Academic Group Project

• This prototype was fun to work on as it was the first project I worked on after enrolling in Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program.
• In a group of five, we developed a prototype of an electromagnetic crane in which the magnet and the boom pivots 0-75^o and the stage rotates 360^o in both the directions (cw and ccw).
• This project exposed me to wood working, electronics, motors, different types of gears and their kinematics.
• As a part of the team, my work was to procure standard parts, manufacturing and integration of electrical circuit.
